We want you to love what you get from SpillByBill, but sometimes life throws a curveball (or a misprint). If your order arrives damaged, defective, or looking like it got caught in a back-alley brawl, let us know within 30 days of receiving it. We’ve got your back on that.
Here’s How It Works:
- Misprints / Damaged / Defective?
Submit a problem report within 30 days of delivery and we’ll fix it on our dime. That’s just good business. - Lost in the Mail?
If your order goes on an unexpected vacation and never shows up, submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. - Wrong Address?
If you gave us an address that the delivery folks can’t make sense of, your order will be sent back to our warehouse. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs once we’ve got the right info. - Unclaimed Packages?
If your package sits around collecting dust and gets returned to us, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping. After 30 days of no action, it may be donated to charity—no refunds. - Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse?
We don’t do refunds just because you changed your mind. If you’re not feeling the size or color, let us know—but any exchanges or new orders are at your expense. No hard feelings, just the policy. - Health & Hygiene Items (like face masks)
For everyone’s safety, face masks and similar sealed goods cannot be returned or reshipped. If returned, they’ll be disposed of (no refund).
Heads Up: Always contact us before sending anything back. If you return an item without a heads-up, it might get lost in the shuffle—aka, the returns pile of no return.
If it’s our screw-up, we’ll fix it. If it’s yours, we’ll still help—but you might have to cover the cost. Either way, we’ll try to keep it chill and fair.
